Loads of sauces out there lack in flavor. Here at Josh’s Jungle, we elevate it to a whole different level. When our Indiana-grown peppers ripen in late summer to early fall, we transform them into a pepper mash that ages over the winter-bringing out their bold, adventurous flavors and adding that rare additional tang to our sauces.

Once spring has sprung, we blend this aged mash with the most supreme quality ingredients Indiana has to offer (plus a little splash of vinegar) to make some of the tastiest sauces you’ll ever get your hands on. Crafted in small batches, we ensure top-notch quality at every step of the way.
